Mr. Adesegun Ogunlewe
Chairman
He was unanimously appointed in October 2014 as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr Ogunlewe was until his retirement from active service, the Head of Service(HOS), Lagos State Civil Service and had been credited with bringing in innovations into the Public Service for efficiency. He is married with Children.
Mr. Ogundare Lawal
Director
He is a Mechanical Engineer. He has been a pioneer director since 2011. Mr. Lawal had a successful career in the Private Sector (Manufacturing Sector). He was the Managing Director of DN Meyer Paints Plc for many years before he was subsequently appointed the Managing Director of Berger Paints Nigeria Plc. He is married with Children.cum at, et illo ducimus.
Mr. Adeleke Atekoja
Managing Director/CEO
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience. He was at various times in Assurance Taxation and Revenue Generation Audit. He resigned as a Director and Head Professional Support Department from Ogun State Civil Service before setting up the Company, Megalek Nigeria Limited. He is Married with Children.
